Education evaluation for GC Processing
Hi There,
I am here in US close to 10 years now.
I have filed my GC with my current employer on EB3 and got my I140 approved with my priority date set to July 26 2011. I only have 3 years Bachelour of Maths degree from India and that's the reason my company legal team filed in EB3.
Since then I am pushing my employer to reapply my GC in EB2, but my legal team comes back quoting my eductions qualification limit. I do have qualification and experience quoted in my job description, however I am not being able to convince my legal team. I also have 2 yrs honors diploma in Computer (part time) and several short term computer courses (minimum 6 months) along with my 3 yrs BSC. I do have 10+ yrs experience (excluding US).
Can someone help me with the understanding on how my education can be or will be evaluated for EB2 vs EB3?

Requirements: Bachelors degree (3 or 4 years) or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field plus five years of post-baccalaureate progressive professional experience in job offered or in other position involving design and development of web applications. Experience must include two years working with: Autonomy Interwoven TeamSite 6.x or greater, including TeamSite Data Capture Presentations, TeamSite Workflows, TeamSite Deploy configurations, and web services for TeamSite preview; and two years working with PERL, ODBC, and JavaScript. Experience must also include development of web applications using SQR/SQL query scripts, HTML, XML, CSS, XSLT.
