Time taken to get i140 from the date when employer agrees to tile for GC?

Hi,

I am currently on H1B and looking to join a consultant who can file for my GC (EB2 category). My main goal is to get I140 so that my spouse who is on H4 can start working. I have two consultants who are giving me different timelines to get I140 (which will be filed under premium category)
1) Says it will take a year to get it as we have to get Labor approved and then apply for I140
2) Says Labor will take 6 months but we dont need to wait for that and can get I140 in 2 weeks time from the time we decide to file for GC.
