Hi,
My employer is filing GC for me this year. I am currently on H1B and have some query regarding Education evaluation for EB2/EB3.
I have done my higher secondary and then passed DOEACC "B" level. As I have not through regular Bachelor or masters from Indian university, I am not sure how USCIS would evaluate DOEACC credentials. As of today, DOEACC credentials are considered for H1 B and evaluated U.S. bachelor's degree.
Have somebody faced this before or have any ideas/suggestions?
