Hello,
Its been a long time to remember OPT rules. Hope someone can help me as I am preparing to file for Green Card.
I don't have payroll for 6months period beginning of my OPT as worked Volunteer before I being paid. I graduated on Dec 2009 and my OPT start from 02/01/2009. Till Aug 2009 I was working without pay.
So my question is do I need to have pay for all these period? or do I have to be employed from day one of the OPT started?
