Hello,
My Employer is processing green card for me. My Wife & Son's BC has last name as initials(both self & parents name). I have heard that USCIS will need the name in BC to match exactly with passport.
Any workaround for this, we are currently in US and it will be too difficult to go back to India and change the names in BC.
Example: BC has "Raj S" where passport has "Raj Saravana"
Will affidavits from parents work explaining that its common in India to have Last name as Initials. I hope many of us would have faced this situation. please let me know what can be done.
