I-140 withdrawl by employer still can we port the priority date?

Hi,
I am working for company A with I-140 approved and would like to change company to B, if some reason my employer withdraws my I-140, still is that I140 valid for to Port my Priority date with new company B?

Please help in this matter with correct information.
