I am a M.S. student finishing my degree in the first week of May. Me and my wife(american citizen) got married back in January of 2015 About a month ago(beginning of march) I sent out my application for OPT post completion. USCIS notified me that they were processing it but I have not yet received acceptance or denial yet. I will be submitting my concurrent green card application this upcoming week (i 130 with i 486) with a new i 745.
My questions is: how do I fill out these questions:
-I am applying for:
-Have you even applied for employment authorization?
-results(denial or accepted/attach all documentation)
How do I exactly fill those out considering I have not technically received an answer from USCIS regarding my previous i 765 application sent out a month ago? Thank you!
