Should I stay or should I move? Only 2 years of H1B left
Hello Friend,
I only have 2 years 2 months of H1B left and my current company started my green card process 3 months ago. The current company I am in is not that great, I am exploited and disrespected by my current manager.
I have several friends at great IT companies and they are willing to help me move there. My question is should I switch to a new job with just 2 years of H1B left? (assuming the hiring and moving process took 1-2 months)
What scared me from moving is because I heard Green Card process should be started at the latest before the end of the 4th year of H1B.
