EB1 eligibility

Please can I have some advice on Green card process for Eb1 -I was born in India,but I am holding a British Passport -I was working for a software (Security in UK=(A) as technical manager for 4 year and one of my client in Utah(B) offered me a job in US 2014 and I made it though the lottery got my H1B,Came to US on sep 2014 and joined the utah(B) ,In the mean time before I left UK(A),My MD offered me the same position to work with US Team,I accepted the offer and started my H1B Transfer while I was working for Utah(B) company,Mid of nov My H1b got transferred to (UK-A company) and I started to worked with my A company from Dec 2014, Please can you let me know if I am eligible for EB1
