I understand that to be eligible for EB1C I have to have worked for at least 1 of the past 3 years in a managerial/exec role outside the US.
I have been in the US on an L1A for the past 2.5 years - does this mean that by definition I do not qualify for an EB1C...?
Does this mean that to get an EB1C after an L1A, you'd need to start the process 2 years into your US residence at the latest?? Does that ever even happen?
