EB2 eligibility

Hi Folks,

Can someone help me with the below please.

I have a bachelor's degree plus 10 years of experience in IT.
I'm thinking of saying to my company to apply for my GC in EB2 category.
Am I eligible to apply in this category?
Please note that my job role may not need an advanced degree - so can this clause stop me from applying in EB2 category?
