query on priority dates

Hi Ma'am/Sir,

I always check the visa bulletin on USCIS website, last April,priority date for EB3 is already October 2014, awhile ago,I was checking for any movement,but this time,it went backwards to June 2007, is this possible. Can you enlighten us on the reason behind this?thank you so much and hope to hear drom yoy.
