  • Documents required for OFC appointment

I will be going in for my consulate interview (EB1A) in the Mumbai consulate in early June.

I scheduled an OFC appointment for biometrics for early this week, but in the appointment conformation, it is telling me I need to take my medical exam reports and police clearance with me. Information taken from elsewhere contradicts this. I will only have my medical exam reports by the end of this week, so this is a problem.

My lawyer told me that I only need to take the following:

--A passport valid for travel to the United States with validity dates at least six months beyond your intended period of stay in the United States (unless country-specific agreements provide exemptions). If more than one person is included in your passport, each person desiring a visa must submit an application.
    ---Your DS-260 confirmation page.
    ---Your appointment confirmation page.
---One photograph as per U.S. visa specifications if the applicant is under 14 years of age See the Photos and Fingerprints page for more details.

Can somebody clarify, or provide me with a working number to contact? Every number I have tried (0120-660-2222, 0120-484-4644, 040-46258222) is not working, arrgh. Thanks!
