Hi,
I am currently on a H1B visa with a specialized skill in technology ABC. I am in a Lead role in my current company but only work/manage technology ABC. My current company applied for green card and my I-140 was approved 3 months back. I have two more years left on my H1B visa. I am in the process of switching jobs and my new employer is ready to process my green card. The new employer has offered me the role of Sr.Mgr that would involve managing multiple technologies say ABC, XYZ, DEF etc.
Question - Would my green card process be affected after I join the new company because I will not just be managing technology ABC but also XYZ, DEF etc. ?
