Hi friends/gurus,
I need some advice based on your experiences.
I'm working as full time with a hospital and they have started the Perm process for 4 of us Senior developers in our team, including me. I've Bachelor's of Engineering in Mechanical with 10 years of progressive experience in Software development. In the PERM job description the Attorney mentioned "Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or foreign equivalent or related with 5 years of progressive experience."
When I spoke with her, that job description will create issues for me as I've degree in Mechanical. They replied to me that they will file new prevailing wages with the changed job description (Bachelor's degree in Engineering or foreign equivalent or related with 5 years of progressive experience.)ONLY for me and rest others(3 developers) will use the old one which they already posted for advertisement.
My question is: will it create any issue for me if the DOL finds that attorney changed the job description just for me.
PS: My other 3 colleagues have same designation and job duties as mine.
I would appreciate if you can share your experiences.
Thanks,
PS
