Hi,
I moved from Company A to Company B recently. Company B cannot file my GC in EB2 because I don't have 5 years work experience yet. I am planning to move back to Company A immediately after I get 5 years work experience. Can Company A file my GC in EB2 considering the fact that I have some years of work experience with Company A in the past.
Basically my question is whether the earlier work experience with Company A be added up in the 5 years requirement? This line confused me -
"If applying by BS+5, the experience letters from former employers showing that the alien has at least 5 years of
progressive experience in the specialty after the Bachelor's degree are required. The experience from the current employer
CAN NOT be used unless that experience is for a different job (different job duties, promotion to manager etc.) than for the
job for which the petition is being filed."
