hi,
I am currently applying for PERM towards GC. I graduated Masters in USA in Aug 2012 and joined my current employer in Jul2013 after working for different employers for almost an year on my OPT. My employer has advised me to go ahead with my PERM application not including my OPT experience as I am having trouble to obtain experience letters from them.
Can anyone advise me if we can apply for PERM just including the experience with current employer?
I really appreciate your help on this.
