EB1 Eligibility query after promotion(from TL to Assistant Manager)

Hi Friends,
Currently, I am employed with MNC with H1B and working as Software Developer - Team Lead(TL) and now, i am promoted to Assistant manager(AM) in US.
I have 4 direct reportees in India during my Team lead role and i was part of their performance appraisal process.
Aswell, I was managing sub function of the project(with 4 resource reporting to me) in India during my TL role.
Am i eligible for EB1(managers and Executive) category now since i promoted to AM? Please advise.
