    H1 to L1A and EB1C query

    Hi All,

    I would like to know if H1B to L1A change of status and filing for Green Card in EB1C category can be done simultaneously or should we wait for change of status to complete and then apply for GC.

    Any help or suggestions will be highly appreciated.
