Hi,
I'm currently on L1-A visa in US, which expires in Aug 2016. Prior to that I was on L1-B visa, so total duration in US has been almost 4 years. Before coming to US, I was in a Managerial role/title in India for more than 1 year. Can I file for GC in EB-1 category? I read there's a requirement that a person should've spent 1 year in last 3 years outside US (in managerial/executive role), so I'm a bit confused whether that would be an issue.
