I work for a company in California and my GC was filed under EB2 category and I have I140 approved with a PD of May 2011. Now I have changed my job location (within California though) and company has filed my new PERM for the job location change.
The question is, in this circumstances, if I decide to change my employer and the new employer is ready to file my green card, by filing a new PERM and new 140, I can still retain my priority date of May 2011? Given, I havean approved 140 but another PERM is in pending state due to job location change.
