140 approved and thinking about changing the job

I have an approved I140 and I am thinking about changing a job. While my new company files for the PERM following by new 140 to retain the PD, can I still file for an EAD card for my wife while my PERM is pending with new company? I guess all this depends on whether my old company revokes my I140 or not?

Dont think you can use your approved I140 for anything other than transfer of priority date with your new I140 or extension of H1B visa beyond 6 year term. Good Luck.
