USCIS Processing Time
My employer has filed for my Green Card in EB2 category. PERM was filed in July 07, 2014 and was approved in end of Nov.
I-485 and I-140 (premium process) was filed concurrently on Jan 20, 2015 from Texas center.
I was being curious about the current status of my case and wanted your help to accurately assess the timeline.
I just checked USCIS website for processing times at https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do , and noticed that as of June 30th 2015 they were processing I-485 cases filed on/before Nov 23rd 2014 in Texas Service Center.
By adding 2 months status update lag, can we say that by Aug 30th 2015 they will hopefully be processing cases filed on / before Jan 20th 2015? Is that correct assumption?
