Eb1A or EB1b
Hi all
I wonder what is good way to file I-140, whether EB1A or EB1B? I luckily qualify for both these categories.
10 months ago when I entered this country on O-1, I thought I will file EB1A right away, but kept on procrastinating compiling documents, and now I qualify for the employment based filing as per the employment policy
any thoughts on this one
I guess the paper documents like recco letter etc are much less hassle in EB1b
