Hi,
I have filled in my second 3rd year and got an extension for H1-b for perm. Now things arent good for me in the company any more and was wondering what my options are even before getting the perm approval. If I leave or get laid off, would there be a difference? Can I transfer my H1 visa to another company for the duration of the H1-B then reapply for perm through that company? I just want to have an understanding of what I can do.
