Based on the new rule for I-485 application, I am qualified to apply for EAD/AP in October 2015 (EB2 with priority date May 2011). My spouse is independent on H1B and not linked to my visa or GC so far. When I file for the EAD/AP, can I include my spouse as well in my application?
