EB2 - Experience requirements
I have an H1B visa and have been working in US for a year now, with a total of 6 years of experience. As per my equivalency certificate my qualifications are equivalent to BS ( baccalaureate degree). If I want to file my green card under the EB2 category, I understand that I would need BS + 5 years of progressive work ex. Does this experience have to be in the US ? is the experience outside of US also counted ?
