Hello,
My Employer is ready to file a Employment based Green Card for me. But right now I work from home in H1B visa and they are asking me to move to one of the office location in order for them to start processing.
I don't have any idea about Green Card requirements and policy related to work location.
Can some body help me understand this? Do I really need to be in Office Building location to start processing my Green Card ? I have my home address mentioned in my H1B LCA.
