EB1C-GC With Employment Break

Hi,

I got my GC in EB1 last year . Now i got my Second baby and thinking of taking a year break to take care of my Little One. My employer will not give a Long leave so i am in a situation to resign a job. Here is my Question

Does the Break will affect my GC or Naturalization ?
