I know if a church wants to get a green card for a minister (through EB-4 religious worker), it is supposed to hold all religious ceremonies and prayers since they are church. But, if an organization which is not church, but associated with a religious denomination, wants to petition for a green card for a minister, are they supposed to hold all religious ceremonies?
Some attorneys told me it is not the case necessarily since a religious school also can get a green card for a minister. But, how that can happen? I think since the green card is for a minister, which is in charge of conducting religious practices, the petitioning organization should hold all standard religious ceremonies thus a religious school cannot get a green card for a minister.
Can you please help me about it?
