  • Interpreting the I-797E for Green Card

We have received a I-797E letter in response to the Green card application. We are asked to send more documents. The problem is that they have listed all of the documents, but we have provided almost all of that.

I have categorized the text in three groups, A B C

A: when the text is regular (not bold or italic) it is just aa general information about documents, it doesn't mean we have not providede that.

    B. Text is Bold, it is something missing in the application

    C. Text is bold, but we have provided that before. I thought it means although we provided that, it was not enough. But the issue is that they don't give us any detail why it was not enough so we don't know how to send a valid replacement.

Can you please help me regarding that? Is this categorization valid? can you share your similar experiences?
