Hi,
I have a 4 questions regarding my stay in US. My PERM was approved in Oct'15 and I-140 was approved Nov'15 however my current L1B visa, for 3 years, is expiring in Mar'2016. I am requesting suggestions with:-
1.) My company has applied for L1B extension however if it is not granted is there any way to extend my stay till I get GC in EB2 (Indian)?
2.) How much time it takes to get results for L1B extension request...as mine was filed in 1st week of Nov'15?
3.) If L1B does not get extended and my company sends for L1 to H1 conversion for year 2016, then till what duration I can stay in US?
4.) By which date does 1st cut of H1 lottery result is out?
Hoping someone in the forum can assist.
