Hope you can help me here.
I am currently on L1 A in US for for more than a year working for a MNC. However outside US, I was on manager role for only 6 months before i moved to US so my current employer A saying I am not eligible for EB1.
I have following questions, hope I get my directions right.
1. Is the true that despite being in US for more than year now I am not eligible for EB1 since I was not outside US for complete one year before I moved to US?
2. If I go for EB2 with my current employer A, when can i change to employer B while keeping my EB2 process filed by employer A.. Is this after sometime when I get i 140? please help with what are essential steps if at all I will be eligible to switch to another employer.. or do i need to wait to get green card in hand(may be many years).
