I am on L1A visa from company 'A' recently procured (October 2015). My 7 year tenure will be over by Dec 2016 considering my entry exit dates. My previous visas were L1b and H1b. H1b is valid till 31Dec2015. Currently I am on L1A petition valid till 19Oct2018. Below are my entry exit details to the USA.

If company 'B' files the perm and my i-140 is approved, can I ask for my H1 extension for 3 years?
