Dear all
Im with L1A visa (from a previous L1B) and my complete 7 years stay will end october 2016. Also i have an I140 approved since october 2015 with I485 filled october 2015.
Need help clarifying if my visa expire next year and i dont have the I485 approved i cant stay in USA regardless i have the EAD and Parole?
Someone told me the AOS if differente from L1 visa holder than H1 visa holder (whom could stay all process until I485 be approved no matter how much time passed).
Gratefully in advance with your kindly help.
