friends , i wanna know about the part-10 of i-360 for special immigrants . In that part there is an option of signature. I am really confused that whose signatures are wanted there, employer's or employee's signature? Please help me if anyone know about it.

i am feeling lucky to help someone here. i was also in same position in 2009, i was very confused at that time but luckily i got my green card in between 2 years. About part-10 of i-360 i wanna inform you that in part-10 employees signatures are needed not of employer , employers signature are only needed in employer attestation, if you need more information about i-360 feel free to inbox me.

about green card

my income tax returns from my previous employer or previous R1 visa are helpful for my i-360 petition (which i filed on my new R1 visa).
That tax returns are helpful in my case or they create confusion in case.
Regarding this your suggestion are really appreciated.THANKS
