Hi All,
I need to get a letter from my previous employer (Infosys). But I figured that they don't provide it anymore. So I will have get an affidavit from my previous manager about my roles and responsibilities.
What is the best time to get it? Should I get it only when my lawyer asks for it?
Because if I take it now and my green card filing will mostly happen by end of year so will that be ok as far as dates are concerned?
Please let me know.
