First, thanks for providing this outstanding forum to people who need help.
My previous employer A got my i140 approved under EB3 with a PD of Apr 2013. I moved to employer B in Apr 2015. Employer B has just gotten my PERM approved and getting ready to file i140 under EB2. However, the company B is bad and I am looking for another job outside. (As of today, employer A has not withdrawn my i140. I came to the US in 2011 and My i797 is valid until Mar 2018).
Should I get i140 done under Premium with employer B and then change jobs? Or should i not bother about filing i140 with employer B and do it once i join the next company?
