Questions regarding change in role with same employer

My application is filed application under EB1 category. I-140 was approved on 05/27/2015, while I-485 is pending since 09/28/2015. I am now required to change role to a different business unit within the same company, and also relocate to a different state. In such case, will my I-140 become void? Will I need to restart the entire GC process?
