Hi All,
I came(from India) to US in 2008 and applied my husband (he is on H1B then) applied for GC(for me as well) in 2009. We dont know when we would get the GCs.
I now have an EAD which is about to expire in next 7 months, and I am in middle of divorce.
Me and my husband now are not in talking terms and middle of divorce(which will take long to settle - Indian courts), and he is not co-operative as well.
I dont have a single document with me as of now. So now my question are:
1. What it takes (documents I would need, or any other requirements) to change my address in my GC application(applied in 2009)?
2. What documents I would need if I need apply for EAD renewal? Is it mandatory that I will have to ask my husband of any signatures and stuff?
Could someone please guide me, so that I can gather
Note: By now you would have already noticed, still stating the obvious, I doesnt know anything about immigration and terms used, please pardon my ignorant questions.
