I received my greencard through marriage 17 months ago. I moved to a new place after that, and then moved again last month but forgot to update my address with USCIS.
Now when I file the Change of Address form, should I mention my first address or my second address as my "last address"?

I would mention the first address, the one U.S. immigration agencies have on file. But I would put the actual start date for your current address. Especially if you later apply for U.S. citizenship (they ask you for your address over the last 5 years, and you do not want to create a discrepancy you cannot explain). Failure to file in the AR-11 happens quite a bit in my opinion, so it is easy to explain.
