GC Start under EB2 for H1B

Hi Team,

I have exactly 1 year and 5 months left of my H1B visa (plus L1B visa) to reach the 6th year completion in US.

My PERM is not yet started.

Is it already too late, meaning I will have to leave USA after 6th year because of the delay in the processing?

OR

Please let me know how long does it take for PERM to get approved.
