Which visa should i apply?

hi guys. i'm a graphic artist from turkey. (quite good one actually) i don't think i will have any problem with finding a job offer from usa. my circumstances could be perfect for h1 visa but i don't have a bachelor or eq degree. (well i still registered as a radio,television broadcasting student but didn't went to exams for years.) it seems i'm eligible for eb3 as skilled worker but it says 4 to 6 months processing times and i doubt many employers wanted to wait that long. some sites says graphic artists can apply for o1 but others says its h1 only. i can start my own business or work as a freelancer too if necessary. can you help me understand that legal mumbo jumbo? thanks.
