Information regarding spouse status before applying for green card
I am an Indian citizen working in US on H1B. My spouse is in US on TN visa and is a Canadian citizen. I just wanted to check if I can add my spouse in the green card application in EB2 category as a secondary dependent applicant. I know there are restrictions about TN visa people in getting a green card.
