Hi, I am an Indian citizen and have almost completed 4 years in USA on H1B visa. My spouse is an Indian Citizen but is currently working in Mexico and has B1/B2 visas. If my company applies GC for me on EB2 category, can my spouse move to USA and work here? If so, is there an approximate timeline (number of months or years) after which he can come here and work? Any help is appreciated. Thanks You.
