Hi Everyone,
I filed my I-130 back in September 14th, 2009. My mother is a green card holder and she applied for me. I´m in Argentina therefore I´ll be finishing the application from here at the embassy. I saw in the Visa calendar that the cut out date is September 1st, 2009, but then I saw somewhere else that I can file already for adjustment, so I´m a bit confused, does anybody can help me clear up my question.
