I have just received my green card from an EB2 sponsorship, but now my employer will not pay me the prevailing wage determination agreed throughout the process. The salary I am to get is MUCH lower. Is this going to be an issue for me? I intend to leave the company if they still refuse to pay me higher. But I wish to know what implications there might be on myself, especially since the salary they intend to give me is a lot lower.
