I am in US with L1A visa.
I am aware of the below criteria and meet it.
"You must have been employed outside the United States in the 3 years preceding the petition for at least 1 year by a firm or corporation and you must be seeking to enter the United States"
But my employer is saying that I should have the below criteria to the start the GC process.
"Bachelor’s degree + 7 years of post-Bachelor’s experience prior to coming to SAP in the U.S. or, a Master’s degree + 5 years of experience prior to coming to SAP in the U.S."
Do you know if its a mandatory criteria from USCIS to have Bachelors + 7 years for green card ?
Please help.
