Hi ,
While apply for GC we are required to submit Birth certificate.For now we did get non availability certificate from municipality(slight variation in name see below) is that sufficient.
Some questions I have are:
My first name is Vinay Kumar and last name is Kotamarthi Veera,
Full name - Kotamarthi Veera Vinay Kumar
In non availability of birth certificate it was as Kotamarthi. Veera Vinay Kumar . Note there is a dot after Kotamarthi.
Actual name as in passport - Kotamarthi Veera Vinay Kumar
[last name ] [First name ]
Non availability certificate it is with a dot after Kotamarthi
- Kotamarthi. Veera Vinay Kumar
Would this be a problem? is it ok to leave it as is or get an affidavit saying both are same and will that do or do I need to get it changed(it is a big process).
