Good Morning!!
My Current Employer, who holds my H1b, has filed the PERM form to initiate the GC Processing for me.
Per my Knowledge, there are 3 stages of GC.
1. PERM Approval
2. EAD Approval
3. Getting Green Card in Hand.
Could you please let me know, when can I start to work for American Banks Like JP Morgan, Citi, Bank of America, as a Full Time Employee (Similar to that of Natural Citizen of USA).
